This gallery will be dedicated to a magnificent collection of seventy Spanish colonial paintings and three bultos from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries donated by the International Institute of Iberian Colonial Art. The collection contains works by renowned artists from Mexico and South America, and will help illustrate connections between history in New Mexico and the extensive Spanish Empire to the south. |
