Holiday Wreath Making
Join the New Mexico History Museum for a celebratory wreath making workshop. Wreaths are a classic way to create some holiday trim and can be as traditional or zany as you imagine. Supplies provided. Personalization is encouraged. FREE and fun for all ages.
Wreath history is ancient- from early Greece when they were worn like crowns to represent victory or honor, to centuries later in northern Europe when they were fashioned from greens brought into the home in the winter months to remind us of the coming spring. Wreaths mark the holiday season and spread cheer throughout the year.
